1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" or "olx388" — refers to the olx388 online gaming website accessible at olx388.app, including all games, services, promotions, and support functions made available through it.
• "Player" or "You" — refers to any individual who registers, accesses, or uses the olx388 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" — refers to the registered player account created by an individual upon completing the olx388 registration process.
• "Bonus" — refers to any promotional credit, free spins, cashback, or other incentive awarded to a Player by olx388 under specified promotional conditions.
• "Wager" or "Bet" — refers to any real-money stake placed by a Player on any game, sporting event, or other outcome available through the olx388 platform.
• "KYC" — refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required by olx388 before processing withdrawals or fulfilling certain account actions.
• "IDR" or "Rp" — refers to Indonesian Rupiah, the primary currency in which all olx388 account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" — refers to any country or territory in which accessing or using online gaming services is prohibited by applicable law.
• "Prohibited Activity" — refers to any action by a Player that violates these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to fraud, collusion, use of automated software, and money laundering.

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the olx388 platform is strictly subject to the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you use the platform. olx388 operates a strict 21+ policy and will verify age as part of the KYC process.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by olx388 or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party, corporate entity, or organization when registering or placing wagers.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or close family member of any employee of olx388 or any of its affiliated game-studio or payment partners.

olx388 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any point during a Player's use of the platform. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by olx388 may result in account suspension or closure.

3 Account Registration

To access the real-money features of the olx388 platform, you must create a registered account. The following conditions apply to all accounts:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may register and maintain only one account. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same identity, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — are strictly prohibited.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.

• Account Ownership: Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, or gift your account or any balance within it to another person.

olx388 reserves the right to decline any registration application without obligation to provide a reason. Where a duplicate account is identified, olx388 will close all secondary accounts and may, at its discretion, close the primary account as well if Prohibited Activity is suspected.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the olx388 platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawal requests:

4.1 Deposits

• olx388 accepts deposits via the following methods: bank transfers to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and CIMB Niaga; and e-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance immediately upon confirmation by the relevant payment provider. Processing times may vary; olx388 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Specific game categories or promotions may impose higher minimum deposit thresholds, which will be disclosed at the time of the offer.
• All deposited funds must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same bank account or e-wallet used for your most recent deposit, provided that account is registered in your name and matches your verified KYC identity.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. The maximum withdrawal amount per transaction and per day is subject to your account tier and will be communicated upon request to customer support.
• Withdrawal requests submitted before 20:00 WIB on business days are typically processed within 1–3 hours. Requests submitted after 20:00 WIB or on public holidays may be processed the following business day.
• olx388 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due-diligence checks on any withdrawal request before processing, particularly where the withdrawal amount is large or unusual activity has been detected on the account.
• Any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonuses are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 5 before they may be withdrawn.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

olx388 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of each individual offer:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to verified accounts in good standing only. olx388 reserves the right to exclude any player from a specific promotion at its discretion.
• Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any resulting balance — including the bonus amount itself — may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated on the promotion page or communicated by customer support.
• Contribution Rates: Different game categories contribute at different rates toward satisfying a wagering requirement. These promotions carry their own specific terms and validity windows.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

The olx388 game library is provided by licensed third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Pragmatic Play Live, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft, and Spribe. Each game is governed by its own rules as set by the respective provider. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by those rules in addition to these Terms & Conditions.

• Live Casino: Live dealer games operate in real time from studio environments. 9 Intellectual Property

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without the prior written consent of olx388.

10 Limitation of Liability

• In no event shall olx388's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits olx388's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11 Termination

Either party may terminate the account relationship in accordance with the following provisions:

• Player-Initiated Closure: You may close your account at any time by contacting olx388 customer support at [email protected]. Any verified real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any outstanding wagering requirements) will be refunded to your registered payment method within 3–5 business days of your closure request being processed.
• olx388-Initiated Closure: olx388 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions; suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity; provision of false registration information; creation of multiple accounts; or detection of prohibited gameplay conduct.
• Effect of Closure: Upon account closure, your license to use the platform is immediately revoked. Any bonus balances or wagering-requirement-locked funds will be forfeited. Real-money balances that are not subject to outstanding restrictions will be returned in accordance with the above timelines.
• Survival: Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law survive the termination of your account and remain binding.

12 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of the olx388 platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of online gaming law, as applied by the licensing authority under which olx388 operates.

olx388 operates as an internationally licensed online gaming platform. • If you do not agree to an amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.
